Claire Arkell and Cloud Cents have worked with our business ever since September 2015 when we first implemented Oracle Netsuite as our ERP system. Claire has always been a pleasure to work with. In the early days of adjusting to a new ERP system Claire was available to help with all aspects of the work required until I found my feet and felt confident.
For a while now Claire’s employee Alison Whitely has looked after our account. Alison used to be based here in Auckland but moved to Christchurch a few years ago. I thought that we might have to look for another firm to help us maintain Netsuite but with everything being cloud based we were assured by Alison that her working remotely would not affect the service she provides us. Alison was correct. Through phone calls and emails all aspects of our Netsuite accounting are looked after by Alison. Whenever Alison makes a trip to Auckland – whether it is for business or leisure – Alison always makes herself available to visit us if we feel we need a face to face meeting.
