Claire Arkell
NETSUITE CONSULTANT / DIRECTOR
Claire is the energetic force at the helm of Cloud Cents. Her superpowers include NetSuite troubleshooting, finding efficiencies within the system and is an absolute whizz at setting up and configuring NetSuite. Juggling a range of roles within the business means every day is different providing new learning experiences. Claire enjoys working with a variety of customers from all different businesses helping them find better ways to do their jobs using NetSuite.
Claire is based in Wanaka, loves the mornings and is known for her mobile office. Never being stuck within four walls, in winter you will find her working up at the Cardrona Ski Field while her son hits the slopes.
In her spare time (something she is always short of) Claire is out and about being active, playing Tennis, Skiing, and Walking the dogs around Wanaka. She dabbles in baking and loves to travel!
QUALIFICATIONS: NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant, NetSuite Certified SuiteFoundation, NetSuite Certified Financial User, ACA.
Alison Whiteley
financial CONSULTANT
Alison is based out of Christchurch and is the NetSuite Superuser of the team. She loves working with clients across the country and is exceptionally detail focused. Always looking to get the best results for her clients, Alison is committed to their requirements and provides clear communication and direction.
Alison enjoys the flexible working hours working remotely allows. Giving her the time to enjoy her passions including cooking, listening to music and pottering in her beautiful garden.
QUALIFICATIONS: BCom (University of Canterbury) and Full member of CAANZ.
Michelle Gillespie

Michelle is a Chartered Accountant with a specialist skill set in financial reporting. She just loves numbers, what can we say! Based out of Auckland she enjoys working with a range of clients across different industries with their financial requirements. She is always up for a challenge and loves the opportunity to develop new skills.
As a busy mum, Michelle juggles work around kids and when a rare moment of spare time arrives she welcomes the opportunity to get in the garden or into some cooking.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor of Management Studies, Chartered Accountant.
Petra Barclay

Petra hails from Waimauku, living on a farm with her husband and two teenagers. With a background in Operations she is extremely organized and the team’s delegation extraordinaire..
Keeping the Cloud Cents team to task and making sure the team are supported, Petra loves working with the small team who offer a huge variety of skills to Cloud Cents. Petra helps to support the team ensuring the team keeps in contact via team conference calls and email as necessary.
Running a busy household, Petras spare time revolves around kids’ sports and activities and looking after the animals on the farm.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor of Arts, National Certificate in Tourism.
